We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.

The timelines quoted are business days – Monday to Friday only. Occasionally, we deliver Saturdays too. But never on Sundays. Delivery time starts from the day order was placed to the day one of our delivery associates makes attempt to deliver to you. In order to make the delivery process seamlessly, kindly ensure to provide with accurate information upon checkout. It is assumed that you will make available time to accept your order.
Pick Up from Store: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you are contacted via MAIL, SMS, or CALL to pick up your order from your preferred store.
